ibetX will settle all markets on the result including overtime unless stated otherwise in the market info section.

Should the result be a tie after overtime, ibetX will void all bets on the outright match winner market.

If a match does not start on the scheduled starting date and is not completed within 72 hours of the scheduled completion date, ibetX will void all bets except those on markets where the result has been unconditionally determined.

Should a match commence and be abandoned or postponed, ibetX will void all bets, except those on markets where the result has been unconditionally determined, unless within 72 hours of the scheduled start date: (a) at least 55 minutes of play must have elapsed; or (b) an official result must be 'called' by the relevant governing body;

In these circumstances, if the scores are tied then ibetX will void all bets on the outright match winner market.

ibetX will settle bets in accordance with the official results provided by the relevant governing body.

Should the scheduled venue be changed to the original away teams home ground after the market has been loaded on the site all bets will be void.

For settlement purposes ibetX will deem the fight to have finished at the end of the previous round should a boxer retire before the start of a round, fail to answer the bell, or be disqualified for any reason between rounds.

If one of the boxers is disqualified they will be deemed a loser.

ibetX will void all bets if the scheduled duration of the fight is reduced in time or number of rounds.

ibetX will settle all markets will be settled according to the official result, as announced immediately after the end of the fight, regardless of subsequent disqualifications or amendments to the result.

All bets will stand regardless of any change in the scheduled venue unless the if match takes place in a different country to that of the scheduled fight in which case all bets will be void.

Test Series and Test Matches

If a ball is not bowled in the series or match than all matched bets on the market will be void.

A tie is treated as a draw.

At the scheduled start time of the event, ibetX will cancel all unmatched bets and the market will be turned in running, unless stated otherwise in the Market info section for the particular market.

Once an event is in running, all bets placed are strictly at the user's own risk. ibetX will not cancel unmatched bets at any time unless stated otherwise in the 'Info' section for the market.

One-day tournaments and One-day matches

If a ball is not bowled in the match than all matched bets on the market will be void.

If a match is shortened by weather or any other reason, 'match' bets will be settled according to the official result. These may or may not include the Duckworth Lewis method.

If a match ends up with tied scores, the official match result will dictate how the market is settled by ibetX. If there is a winner declared, this will be the basis for settlement. If the match is officially declared a tie, dead heat rules apply.

If a match is not completed for any reason, and there is no official winner declared, all matched bets on the market are void.

If a match is abandoned or postponed by more than 72 hours, all bets on the market will be void.

Should the scheduled venue be changed to the original away teams home ground after the market has been loaded on the site all bets will be void.

At the scheduled start time of the event, all unmatched bets will be cancelled by ibetX and the market will be turned in running, unless stated otherwise in the Market info section for the particular market.

If a non-runner or reserve runner is declared then all bets matched on the race prior to the update of the market on ibetX will be void.

If there are no finishers in any race or any race is declared void before the official result is declared then all bets will be void.

If the scheduled venue is changed after the market has been loaded by ibetX, all bets will be void.

In ante-post markets, all bets on individual greyhounds stand whether the greyhound runs or not. All ante-post bets will be void if the competition is abandoned or the venue is changed.

Any greyhound that was declared for a race but subsequently did not run is deemed to be a non-runner.

If a Greyhound was declared a non-runner on the IbetX website but subsequently ran, all bets placed in the market up to the point the horse was removed will stand. All bets placed after the removal will be void. Any reduction factor applied due to the removal of the runner will be voided.

Golf

If a player fails to tee off, all matched bets on the player are void.

ibetX will settle any player that starts a tournament but withdraws or is disqualified before the trophy is awarded as a loser.

If the tournament is shortened or affected for any reason, the player who officially was declared the winner will be settled as the winner regardless of the number of rounds played.

If the tournament was abandoned and no official result was declared, all matched bets on the market will be void.

If two or more players have ended with the same score, the winner of any subsequent playoff will determine the result.

At the scheduled start time of the event, ibetX will cancel all unmatched bets and the market will be turned in running, unless stated otherwise in the Market info section for the particular market.

Horse Racing

General

ibetX will settle all markets in accordance to the official result declared on the day of the race.

Please note: - Subsequent disqualifications, appeals and amendments to the result will not be considered for settlement purposes.

ibetX will void all bets if a race is abandoned; otherwise declared void or takes place as a walkover.

Any horse that was declared for a race but subsequently did not come under starter's order is deemed to be a non-runner.

If a horse was declared a non-runner on the ibetX website but subsequently ran, all bets placed in the market up to the point the horse was removed will stand. All bets placed after the removal will be void. Any reduction factor applied due to the removal of the runner will be voided.

When a horse is declared a non-runner, all unmatched and matched bets on that runner will be void.

Upon uploading the race cards, each horse is given a 'reduction factor' based on ibetX's estimate of each horses chance of winning with reference to the racing press.

The reduction factors for all horses in the race will sum up to 100%. You can view the reduction factors in the 'Betting - Info Screen' for each horse by clicking on the horse name in the betting window.

Once the reduction factors are set, ibetX will not change them at any time unless there are horses removed from the market.

As soon as ibetX receives notification of a non-runner the horse will be removed from the market and all matched and unmatched bets on the horse will be void

If the reduction factor for the horse is greater or equal to 5%, all unmatched lay bets on the remaining runners are cancelled.

Regardless of the reduction factor of the removed horse, all matched bets on the remaining runners prior to the removal of the non-runner are reduced by the reduction factor. The reduction is made on the whole of the odds, including the stake.

Odds cannot be adjusted below 1.01 and adjusted odds are rounded to the nearest 0.01. - All the remaining horses' reduction factors are then adjusted back to total 100%

This process is then repeated if there is another non-runner in the race.

If ibetX becomes aware of two non-runners at the same time, the horse listed closer to the top of the betting window will be removed first.

Here's an example of how the reduction factor reduces the odds of previously matched bets:

If you have a matched bet at odds of 6.00 and a horse with a 20% reduction factor has subsequently been removed. Your odds of 6.00 will be reduced by 20% and become odds of 4.80.

Bets are placed on the name of a horse. Race card numbers are listed as a guide only.

All bets will therefore stand if the race card number listed on the ibetX website differs from the official race card number.

Horses will not be coupled.

Any horse that is running for purse money only will be settled as a non-runner by ibetX for settlement purposes.

ibetX will settle bets in accordance to the Podium positions, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.

In the absence of a podium ceremony, ibetX will settle bets in accordance to the official result given by the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result.

ibetX will void all bets if a race is abandoned and no podium position or official result is declared.

All bets will be void in the event of any change in the scheduled venue.

ibetX will void on the driver if they fail to appear on the grid in or on his racing vehicle prior to the start of the warm-up lap.

To settle "constructors' championship" and "drivers' championship" markets, ibetX will do so in accordance with the number of points accumulated immediately following the final race of the season and will not be affected by any subsequent disqualifications or amendments to results.

ibetX will settle all markets in accordance with 80 minutes of play, plus injury time.

Extra-time is not included, unless otherwise stated in the market info

If a match starts but is later abandoned or postponed and is not completed (i.e. 80 minutes of play, plus injury time) within 72 hours of the scheduled start date, ibetX will void all bets except those on markets, which have been unconditionally determined.

Should the scheduled venue be changed to the original away teams home ground after the market has been loaded on the site all bets will be void.

ibetX will void all bets on a player or individual match, if a player fails to start a tournament or match.

If a match is not completed, the player progressing to the next round, or winning the tournament in the case of the match being the final, will be deemed the winner by ibetX for settlement purposes.

All bets will stand regardless of any change in the scheduled venue.

ibetX will settle all markets in accordance with 90 minutes of play including any injury time unless otherwise stated within the market info. Any extra-time or penalty shoot-outs are not included.

If a match does not start on the scheduled start date and is not completed (i.e. 90 minutes of play, plus injury time) within 72 hours of the scheduled start date, ibetX will void all bets except those on markets, which have been unconditionally determined.

If a match starts but is later abandoned or postponed and is not completed (i.e. 90 minutes of play, plus injury time) within 72 hours of the scheduled start date, ibetX will void all bets except those on markets, which have been unconditionally determined.

Should the scheduled venue be changed to the original away teams home ground after the market has been loaded on the site all bets will be void. 

ibetX will settle ‘Top Goalscorer’ markets in accordance with the goals scored in the league or tournament that is stated within the market info.

Own goals will not be considered for settlement purposes of ‘Top Goalscorer’ markets by ibetX.

If a match is not completed, the player(s) progressing to the next round, or winning the tournament in the case of the match being the final, will be deemed the winner by ibetX for settlement purposes.

Please Note: - If less than one set has been completed at the time of the retirement or disqualification then all bets will be void.

ibetX will void all bets on a player if they fail to start a tournament or match.
