England captain Paul Collingwood has challenged his players to do something special in the remainder of the Twenty20 World Cup.
Collingwood's team defeated Pakistan to qualify from the group stage and now face Super Eight games against South Africa, West Indies and India.
Kevin Pietersen missed the defeat by the Netherlands last Friday with an Achilles problem but returned to score an accomplished 58 in the crucial victory over Pakistan on Sunday.
South Africa followed their demolition of Scotland with a narrow victory over New Zealand.
South Africa captain Graeme Smith is wary of the threat posed by England but believes his team have the personnel to win the game although he is expecting a determined performance from the South African-born Pietersen.
England and South Africa are in Super Eight Group E along with India and West Indies. All the teams play each other with the top two qualifying for the semi-final stage.
